Heart Rocks Watercolor Print
'Heart Rocks' is an archival print based on one of my original watercolor paintings.
I love rocks. I love hearts. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that I love heart-shaped rocks. This painting is of three heart rocks I collected on the beach at Ogunquit, Maine. Originally I had the two larger stones in my composition. Then I found the smaller heart stone and added it. It all came together. They look like they belong together--a family of rocks, a family of hearts. I like the symbolism.
Unframed archival print
Paper Size: 6 x 8 or 5 x 7 inches
Materials: Epson Ultrachrome Inks on beautiful, textured paper
I spend ages on my prints making sure that they are as close as possible to my original watercolors. I produce them in my studio on my Epson R1900 printer.
All monitors are slightly different so the colors appearing on your screen may vary from those of the print. In general, the colors of my prints are more delicate than what you are probably seeing on your screen.
