Botanical Watercolor - Branch and Berries
An unframed print based on my botanical watercolor of a beautiful branch from one of my serviceberry bushes.
The serviceberry (Amelanchier) is a lovely shrub to have in the garden with four-season interest. In late spring, it is covered in sweet pink red berries about the size of blueberries. If you are very lucky, you get to eat them before the birds do!
I am very fond of this watercolour image. I love the gracefulness of the branch and how the delicate spring green of the leaves complements the red-pink berries.
Unframed archival print titled "Serviceberry branch"
Paper Size: 11 x 8½ inches
Image Size: approximately 8½ x 6 inches
Materials: Epson Ultrachrome Inks on beautiful Fine Art Paper (100% cotton rag, 260 g/m², 19 mil)
I spend ages on my prints making sure that they are as close as possible to my original watercolors. I produce them in my studio on my Epson R1900 printer.
The print is on 8½ x 11" paper with a generous border to ease framing. It would fit perfectly in a mat with an 8" x 10" opening or 8" x 10" frame if trimmed. (If you'd like, I can trim it to 8" x 10" for you. Just select that option when you check out.)
I will mail your print in a sturdy, rigid kraft envelope. The print will be enclosed in a cello sleeve and protected with extra cardboard. I will initial your print on the front and sign and date it on the back.
All monitors are slightly different so the colors appearing on your screen may be slightly different than those of the print. Most often, the colors in your print will be more delicate than what is probably showing on your monitor.
